KeVaughn Allen, J., guard,
North Little Rock

After a highlight-filled sophomore year, KeVaughn Allen turned in an even better season by helping North Little Rock earn its second consecutive Class 7A boys basketball state title. The 6-3 junior guard led the Charging Wildcats to a 26-2 record. He averaged 21.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 3.7 steals a game. Allen scored 28 points against Springdale in the state championship game, including an 8 of 8 performance from the free-throw line and a 9 of 14 performance from the floor. Allen also scored 28 points in the semifinals against Bentonville.
