Shoffner change-of-plea hearing
Former state Treasurer Martha Shoffner will appear in court Monday for a change of plea hearing, according to a court document filed Thursday. Shoffner, 70, of Newport will appear at 10 a.m. before Judge Leon Holmes in U.S. District Court in Little Rock.
