Big Jingle Jubilee and Capitol Lighting
Big Jingle Jubilee and Capitol Lighting: Dust off the holiday wreaths, shine up the jingle bells and be a part of Little Rock’s Annual Big Jingle Jubilee Holiday Parade at 2 p.m. Saturday. Sponsored by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, the parade begins at 2nd and Broadway, follow Broadway to Capitol Avenue, then proceed down Capitol Avenue to the State Capitol.
