Rock Town Slam
Rock Town Slam: Get your poetry on at the Rock Town Slam at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Arkansas Arts Center. Slam artists will perform in friendly competition. Sign up at the door to perform or come and hear local poets. Poets are judged on the delivery of written poetry. Poet entry fee is $10 and admission is $5 at the door. Audience members should be aware that poems and performances may contain adult-oriented themes and may include language that might be considered objectionable or offensive.
