One Day One Community: Lilly's Dim Sum, Then Some, 11121 N. Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, will donate a portion of the proceeds from their sales on Tuesday to Friends of Central Arkansas Libraries (FOCAL), the friends group of the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS). FOCAL supports the operation and activities of CALS through charitable, educational, scientific and literary efforts as directed by the FOCAL Board of Directors.
