GET PSYCHED FOR PCA: The Professional Counseling Associates will hold their 3rd annual fundraiser starting at 6 p.m. at the Administrative Headquarters, 3601 Richards Rd., North Little Rock. Guest presenter will be Mark Abernathy, owner of Loca Luna. The presentation will include a demonstration on specialty grilling as he prepares healthy, fresh dishes. The evening will focus on the developing of a healthy mind, body and spirit incorporating healthy eating and educating the public to the awareness and importance of developing good mental health.
