Project 1927: The Lynching of John Carter

Project 1927: The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center will host a panel discussion titled Project 1927: The Lynching of John Carter at 5:30 p.m. Friday. This powerful and candid panel discussion about the controversial 1927 lynching of John Carter brings together Stephanie Harp and George Fulton, Jr. (the great-grandson of John Carter) to dialogue about the horrific incident and its impact on the community. Also featured will be clips from the un-finalized documentary being developed about the historic lynching at Ninth and Broadway Streets in Little Rock.
