Just Communities of Arkansas will present the Father Joseph Biltz Awards to Dr. Estella Morris, Renie Rule, and Dr. Billy Thomas for their work for social justice with a reception from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Darragh Center of the Main Library, 100 S. Rock St., in Little Rock. Tickets are $50 per person and benefit JCA programs, which promote diversity, mutual respect and understanding and inclusion. Reservations recommended.
