Christmas Snow Village and Trains Display

A wonderful Snow Village with trains, which will take you back to the 1930's to 1950's landscape of small town America, will be on display in Eureka Springs beginning on November 16th through December 21st, at the Carnegie Public Library Annex, 192 Spring Street. The village is comprised of over 300 pieces of Department 56 Original Snow Village pieces, including 160 buildings and over 140 accessory pieces, and nearly 200 trees. Three Lionel 0 scale trains, and a Lionel 0 Scale Trolley are also incorporated into the display. Dates and hours are as follows: Fridays: November 29, December 6, 13 and 20, from 5 to 7 PM. Saturdays: November 9, 16, 23, 30, and December 7, 14, and 21, from 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays: November 17 and 24, and December 1, 8, and 15, from 10 am to 5 pm. Monday thru Thursday, December 16 thru 19, from 5 to 7 pm. Admission is $5. for adults, $2. for children. This event is a fundraiser for the Eureka Springs Historical Museum and is sponsored by Lawrence and Cathy Handley. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Carnegie Library.
