COOKING WITH CRAFT BEER: The guys from Craft Distributors will join again as we use different craft beers to make a variety of recipes from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Pulaski Tech Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute. Explore the ways in which beer can add flavor and complexity to dishes as well as learn new recipes that utilize the specific characteristics of a beer to create an amazing product.
