Fondant Tiered Cakes

Each student will fondant, decorate and stack a 6-inch and 8-inch round celebration cake. Learn to cover cakes with rolled fondant, plus a variety of fondant decoration techniques, such as fondant impressions and painting! Top your cake with an initial topper and wired decorations! We will also cover stacking and transporting cakes. The instructors are Chef Jan Lewandowski and Chef Steve Lewandowski. Chef Jan is an instructor at Pulaski Tech, and she and her husband, Chef Steve, own Blue Cake Company. Pre-registration is required and ends April 6, 2015.
