Beginning Frosting and Fondant Decor

Learn the tricks to smooth buttercream, and decorate with your choice of fondant designs, including polka dots, stripes, zebra or fun flowers. Top your cake with a beautiful gumpaste bow. All supplies are included. The instructors are Chef Jan Lewandowski and Chef Steve Lewandowski. Chef Jan is an instructor at Pulaski Tech, and she and her husband, Chef Steve, own Blue Cake Company. Pre-registration is required and ends March 3, 2015.
