September 15, 2010 - March 11, 2011 Exhibit Badges, Bandits and Bars: Arkansas Law & Justice Old State House Museum Museum Hours: Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm & Sun, 1-5pm. Badges, Bandits and Bars: Arkansas Law & Justice explores the state’s history of crime, law enforcement, courts, and prisons from pre-territorial days to the mid-1980s. The exhibit includes compelling artifacts and photographs donated by the Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Department of Correction, as well as objects loaned by other institutions and individuals, and those from the Old State House Museum’s own collections.
