Albert Pike Flooding - June 11, 2010

The Little Missouri River swelled and a flash flood slammed the Albert Pike Recreation Area in the early morning hours of June 11, 2010. About 100 people were at the Albert Pike campgrounds, but officials had few specifics because all the registration information had washed away in the flood, At least eight people were treated at area hospitals. Approximately 20 people had died during the predawn flood.
