Harding University held its annual Relay for Life on Oct. 12 and 13. Relay for Life raises money and awareness for the American Cancer Society. Harding’s event was held from 5 p.m. Oct. 12 to 5 a.m. Oct. 13. Participants have the opportunity to honor those who have been affected by cancer and to raise money to help those in need. Team members take turns walking or running around a track for a 12-hour period. The theme for this year’s event was “Come to the Greatest Cause on Earth.” These photos were taken by Ashel Parsons.
