Bob Shell was the man of the hour Oct. 31 at a luncheon held in his honor by World Services for the Blind. Shell, president of Baldwin & Shell Construction Co., and his wife, Ginny, are longtime philanthropists. The Shells were joined at the luncheon by their daughter Cathy Gammill and her husband, Terral. At the event, held at the Doubletree Hotel, Shell made a $100,000 matching pledge gift to the organization.
