Milton P. Crenchaw was honored Jan. 11 with a surpise birthday party at the Clinton Presidential Center . Crenchaw, a Little Rock native, is the last living supervising squadron commander of the Tuskegee Airmen of World War II fame, for whom he was also one of the original flight instructors. He turned 94.
