Firefighters use foam to extinguish rolls of plactic wrap cargo in a tractor trailer after it slammed into the Young Road overpass just east of the Crystal Hill exit on I-40 in North Little Rock on Thursday afternoon. The driver was killed when his truck crashed into the overpass, and caught fire.
