Springfest Arts and Crafts Festival

The Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce held its 26th annual Springfest Arts and Crafts Festival on April 26-27 in Heber Springs. The festival included various merchants, a parade, food, crafts, automobile shows, a beauty pageant, the Arkansas Children’s Theatre, amusment rides, a 5K walk/run and more.
