Between Parties

Between Christmas and New Year’s, on Dec. 28, was Eric McDaniel’s and Dr. Chad Rodgers’ “Between Parties,” um, party. And what a night, cool but not cold, with a hearty fire going in the patio hearth, not far from coolers of cold beer, while inside, a kitchen-dining-living room circuit tufted with merry friends. The McDaniel-Rodgers house is no stranger to heavy foot traffic. The night before Halloween the couple hosted, along with Drs. Eddie Ochoa and Gary Wheeler, an Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families fall house party.
