License plate unveiling event, Jacksonville

The Little Rock Air Force Base Community Council held an unveiling event Monday at the Little Rock Air Force Base University Center in Jacksonville for the new state-issued license plate for the Rock & ROLE branding initiative. The proceeds from the sale of the plate will go to the Little Rock Spouses’ Club. The “Rock” is from Little Rock Air Force Base, and the acronym “ROLE” stands for responsive, one team, leading and excellence. Rock & ROLE was created through a partnership of the Little Rock Air Force Base Community Council, base leadership and Congressman Tim Griffin, R-Arkansas. (Photos by Terry Cody/Three Rivers Edition)
