The faded glory of the Dreamland Ballroom on Little Rock's historic Ninth Street district. A bit of a '70s vibe, with decorations complete with colorful fringe curtains and clear bubble chairs. Guests, decked out in attire accented with fringe … which happens to be a spring 2015 fashion trend. These were the standout features of Fringe: IV Party on the Edge, the April 25 fundraiser for Catholic Health Initiatives St. Vincent.
