Purple Heart ceremony

A Purple Heart ceremony was held Wednesday at the state Capitol for U.S. Army Pvt. William Long and U.S. Army Pvt. Quinton Ezeagwula. Long was killed and Ezeagwula was injured in a 2009 attack at a Little Rock recruiting center.
