Memorial Service for K-9 Officer Titus

The Little Rock Police Department held a memorial service to honor K-9 Officer Titus and his handler, Jason Farmer on July 27, 2015.Titus died from heat-related distress earlier this month after chasing and subduing a burglary suspect. The dog had been on duty with the department for three years and was assigned to the Downtown Division.
