Harvest Dinner Celebration

As the sun set just south of Pinnacle Mountain Oct. 1, about 200 of The Nature Conservancy’s closest adherents and youngest fans collected beneath an enormous event tent for a harvest dinner celebration. The place and the reason is what the Conservancy is billing “your newest nature getaway,” the 234-acre Ranch North Woods preserve in far northwest Little Rock (walking distance to Arkansas Baptist High School) on 1.7 miles of the Little Maumelle River.
