Diamond Chef Arkansas 2016

Donnie Ferneau, chef at The 1836 Club, was named Diamond Chef Arkansas 2016 at the annual competition hosted by the Pulaski Tech College Foundation on April 21. Modeled on the television show Iron Chef, this year’s competition had six chefs competing head to head to be one of two in the finale. The other chefs were Bonner Cameron, Phillipe Ducrot, Jason Knapp, Angela Nix and Justin Patterson. The matchup in the finale was between Ferneau and Knapp.
