Incarnation Birth of an Artist

Anthony Tidwell, a Hot Springs educator and onetime assistant basketball coach, wanted the children in his city to have the same access to art education that he received during his childhood. So he started a program that would allow them to do just that. And he started a fundraiser to help pay for that program. The third annual incarnation Birth of an Artist, a benefit for Cutwell 4 Kids, took place held Aug. 13 in the Grand Lobby of the Hot Springs Convention Center.
