Benton's Riverside Park Construction

Construction work continues Tuesday at the The River Center inside the new Riverside Park being developed at the site of the old Saline County Airport in Benton Tuesday. The River Center features an aquatic center, exercise equipment, walking track, basketball/volleyball courts and arena seating for up to 5,200 people. Riverside Park, will also house a new senior center, a new Boys & Girls Club of Saline County and new soccer and softball complexes. Grand opening for the park is slated for April, 1st.
