Emails to UA professor misidentified as white supremacist

Shown are emails sent to University of Arkansas assistant professor Kyle P. Quinn from Aug. 12 through the morning of Aug. 15. Quinn was misidentified on social media as an attendee of a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va., during violent outbursts that led to a woman's death. The actual man who attended the rally who wore a University of Arkansas College of Engineering T-shirt has not been identified. The emails were provided to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette through a Freedom of Information Act request. Some senders sent multiple emails.
