Arkansas Children’s Award dinner

Little Rock insurance man Greg Hatcher is known for his book, 55 Steps to Outrageous Service. And it’s his “outrageous service to his customers and his community that led to his being chosen to receive this year’s Arkansas Children’s Award. The 22nd annual award dinner, held Oct. 26 in the grand ballroom of the Little Rock Marriott, was a benefit for the Batesville-based Arkansas Sheriff’s Youth Ranches and drew county sheriffs from around the state.
