Pursuant to the Arkansas Operating Air Permit Program (Regulation #26) Section 602, the Air Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality gives the following notice:
Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (West Plant) (70-00101) operates a facility located at 5821 Schuler Road, El Dorado, AR 71753. This facility has submitted an application to continue the operation of a natural gas-fired rental boiler at the facility during planned maintenance of Boiler #2 and the addition of a cooling tower. With these modifications permitted PM/PM&not;10 annual emissions will increase by 0.2 tons/year (tpy).
The application has been reviewed by the staff of the Department and has received the Department's tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.

DeSoto Sand, LLC (60-01545) operates a facility located at 220 Sand River Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117. This permit incorporates a deminimis change to replace the dredge pump engines, SN-01 and SN-02. This permit also adds a number of existing engines at the facility to the permit. The facility also has an existing gasoline storage tank. It has been added as SN-13. Permitted emission rates increased 2.4 tpy of SO2 and 29.4 tpy of VOC all other pollutant emission rates decreased.
