NOTICE OF RULE MAKING
Pursuant to A.C.A. sec. 9-28-103, the Director, Division of Children and Family Services issues proposed changes to Policy and Publications:
• Establishing new policies and associated forms to allow DCFS to implement and administer the Differential Response Program thereby providing an alternative (i.e., non-investigative) response to certain low-risk child maltreatment allegations.
The proposed changes are available for review at the Division of Children and Family Services, Policy Unit, 5th floor Donaghey Plaza South, 7th and Main Streets, Little Rock, AR. 72203-1437. All comments must be submitted in writing to the Policy Unit no later than August 15, 2012. On April 17, 2007, Larue Young, an unmarried woman, executed a Mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns, and to B'S Mortgage & Financial Services Inc., Lender, which was recorded on April 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007033192 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, the note and mortgage now held by Federal National Mortgage Association ("Mortgagee").
