This vehicle will be used primarily for the following purposes:
For the Springdale Senior Activity & Wellness Center to transport elderly citizens to and from the center, grocery shopping, medical appointments and to conduct personal business, etc.
Purchase of the above vehicle is considered essential to the efficient operation of this organization in provision of public transportation services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. There is no intent to infringe upon, or compete with, existing public or private transit operators, including Section 5307, urban public transit operators and Section 5311, rural public transit operators.
The Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas, Inc. is requesting a vehicle that is not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. However, the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas, Inc. does meet the "equivalency of service" requirements to the disabled community.

Special Use Permit - Pinnacle Towers Acquisition 2014 Project
Pursuant to 36 CFR 215.5 and the judicial ruling in Sequoia ForestKeeper v Tidwell, the Poteau-Cold Springs Ranger District requests comments on the proposed project listed above. The Forest Service proposes to authorize a new special use permit to Pinnacle Towers Acquisition, subsidiary of Crown Castle, for their facility and equipment that is currently installed at the Poteau Mountain Electronic Site in Sebastian County, AR. This site is located on National Forest land in Compartment 1218 in Management Area 8 (Administrative Sites & Electronic Sites).
Comments must be postmarked or received within 30 days beginning the day after publication of this notice. Oral or hand-delivered comments may be made at the Booneville Unit office at 2190 E Main Street, Booneville, AR during normal weekday business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Comments may be mailed electronically, in a common digital format, at comments-southern-ouachita-coldsprings@fs.fed.us. Pursuant to the provisions of Act 105 of 1939 and/or Act 937 of 1979 of the State of Arkansas and any Amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that SEECO, Inc. has filed an application with the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission requesting an order ratifying its previously administratively approved Authority to produce its Parish, Ralph 9-13 #7-17H8 Well, pursuant to Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission General Rule B-43(o), and to share the costs of such well and the natural gas produced therefrom between the working interest owners and royalty owners of the existing units composed of Sections 8 and 17, Township 9 North, Range 13 West, Van Buren County.
The application will be heard by the Commission at a public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m. on February 26, 2014, in the Embassy Suites Hotel, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Any interested person may file an entry of appearance in the hearing by submitting such entry of appearance in writing to the hearing officer or director and, thereafter, such person shall be deemed a party of record in the proceeding. Any parties who propose to oppose a filed application, shall notify, in writing, the Director of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission and the Applicant's Attorney of the proposed opposition, not later than the close of business on the Friday before the scheduled public hearing date.
