NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Washington County Quorum Court of Washington County, Arkansas will hold a public hearing at the Washington County Quorum Court Room, 280 N. College, Suite 500, Fayetteville, Arkansas, on October 19, 2017, at 6:00 P.M., regarding the issuance by the Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri of one or more series of revenue bonds in a principal amount not to exceed $325,000,000 for the purpose of making a loan to or otherwise for the benefit of Mercy Health, a Missouri nonprofit corporation, and its affiliates (collectively, "Mercy Health"), including Mercy Health Northwest Arkansas Communities (the "Arkansas Affiliate") to finance, refinance, and reimburse the costs of health care facilities and equipment to be owned and operated by Mercy Health. An amount not to exceed $6,000,000 of the bonds may be used to finance, refinance and reimburse the costs of the acquisition, construction, development, equipping and furnishing of a multi-specialty clinic and other related capital improvements that will be owned and operated by Mercy Health and its Arkansas Affiliate at a site that is approximately 30 acres in Springdale, AR, which is located North of W. Seaton Dr. and is bounded on the North by Elm Springs Rd., the West by North 48th St., and the East by Highway 49.

Code Ann. sec. 23-2-305, the Arkansas Public Service Commission has set a public hearing in Docket No. 16-027-R to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017, continuing to December 1, 2017, if necessary, in the Hearing Room of the Arkansas Public Service Commission Building, 1000 Center Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. The purpose of this hearing is to consider rule changes to the Commission’s Rules for Net Metering and the Implementation of Act 827 of 2015.
