Putative parents take notice that pursuant to Arkansas state law, you have the right to:
(A) Know the methods of establishing paternity. You can establish paternity by: 1. Proving that you were married to the mother of the child at the time the child was born; 2. Presenting an Acknowledgment of Paternity that has been properly signed and filed with the Arkansas Department of Health, Office of Vital Records; or 3. Proving that a court of competent jurisdiction has entered an order declaring that you are the child’s legal father.
(B) Prove that you have had significant contacts with the herein child.
(C) Be heard by the Court.

Public Review and Hearing Notice
The White River Regional Solid Waste Management District will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 in the Beebe City Hall, 321 N. Elm Street, Beebe, Arkansas. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the proposed need for a Solid Waste Transfer Station for Class One (household) and Class Four (bulky) waste located at 1155 Highway 64 West, Beebe, Arkansas. The public hearing is required by the Policies and Procedures, Criteria for the Certificate of Need Program for Solid Waste Landfill Facilities, Arkansas Code Annotated 8-6-704(6). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
Anyone wishing to view the petition for a Certificate of Need may do so between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the White River Planning and Development District, 1652 White Drive, Batesville, Arkansas. The review period will begin on the date of publication of the notice of the review period and will run for thirty (30) days. All comments must be received in writing and will become a part of the application. Comments should be sent to the White River Regional Solid Waste Management District, P.O. Box 2396, Batesville, Arkansas 72503-2396. Any comments received after October 30, 2016 will not be considered.
