PUBLIC NOTICE
Pulaski County Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund is accepting comments during a 30-day period on the subgrant award to the Arkansas School for the Blind Foundation. The purpose of the public notice is to inform the public of the environmental issues present, and the proposed cleanup process for the property located at 2801 Lee Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. The Arkansas School for the Blind Foundation has been awarded a subgrant from the Pulaski County Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund for the abatement of contaminates found on the site. Public comments will be accepted through June 5, 2015.
A public meeting will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm in the Pulaski County Quorum Court Room, 201 S. Broadway, Little Rock, AR. All public comments on the cleanup process will be considered and a formal response memorandum will be filed in the project Administrative Record. A hard copy of the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) will be available for review at public meeting. A copy of the ABCA will also be available at the Pulaski County Brownfields office, 201 S. Broadway, Suite 220, during normal business hours. All public comments should be submitted in writing to the Pulaski County Brownfields. The Brownfields Administrative Record for the Arkansas School for the Blind Foundation cleanup will be maintained throughout the duration of the project and will be available for review at the Pulaski County Brownfields office, 201 S. Broadway, Suite 220, Little Rock, during normal business hours and at other times by appointment.

The Director of the Division of Medical Services hereby issues the following proposed medical assistance rule(s) under one or more of the following chapters or sections of the Arkansas Code: 20-10-211(a), 20 10-203(b), 20-76-433, 25-10-129, and Title 20, Chapter 77.
The Arkansas 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Autism waiver will be renewed for five years effective October 1, 2015. The Autism waiver delivers intensive one-on-one intervention services for children ages 18 months through 6 years of age with a diagnosis of autism. Act 1008 of 2015 authorized the Department of Human Services to increase the number of unduplicated beneficiaries served by the waiver from 150 to 200.
The proposed policy is available for review at the Division of Medical Services, Program Development and Quality Assurance, 2nd floor Donaghey Plaza South Building, 7th and Main Streets, P. O. Box 1437, Slot S295, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203 1437.
