NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Benton County Quorum Court will conduct a public hearing on a proposal to enact one or more ordinances to fund and provide emergency medical services primarily for the unincorporated areas of Benton County, except that area currently included in the Northeast Benton County Emergency Service Medical District (currently served by NEBCO).
The public hearing will be held on July 14, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the main courtroom of the Benton County Courthouse (Third Floor - normally Judge Green's courtroom), 100 NE "A" Street, Bentonville, Arkansas.
Among the matters to be considered are the options for fee structures for the proposal, including the possibilities of enacting a per household fee for the area to be served, per unit of service fees, or a county-wide millage.
