Ouachita County is currently updating the county's All-Hazard Mitigation Plan. This plan, submitted to FEMA and the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management every five years, establishes mitigation priorities that elected officials from Bearden, Camden, Chidester, East Camden, Louann, Stephens, the Bearden School District, the Camden Fairview School District, the Harmony Grove School District, the Stephens School District and Ouachita County will pursue to mitigate the effects of natural disasters on life and property within the school districts and all communities within Ouachita County. This public meeting will cover the scope of the Plan, the sources of data to be used, the Plan approval process, and the timeline for completion.
The public meeting will be held at the Ouachita County Courthouse conference room at 145 Jefferson Street in Camden on October 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Citizens of Bearden, Camden, Chidester, East Camden, Louann, Stephens, the Bearden School District, the Camden Fairview School District, the Harmony Grove School District, the Stephens School District and unincorporated areas of Ouachita County are encouraged to attend and take part in this planning process.

Take notice that on October 1, 2014, a petition was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to terminate parental rights of the following juvenile: Blakely Joylynn Bruton, DOB: March 10, 2014. Such declaration could result in termination of your parental rights.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for November 19, 2014 at 1:15 p.m. at the Pulaski County Juvenile Justice Center, 10th Division, 3001 West Roosevelt Road, Little Rock, AR 72204. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may obtain one by contacting Legal Services or requesting the Court appoint you an attorney.
NOW, unless you appear and defend or otherwise respond within thirty days from the first date of publication of this notice, the Petition may be taken as confessed, and a decree entered and granted or you may be otherwise barred from asserting your interest in this matter.
