NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF DRAINAGE CRITERIA MANUAL OF THE CITY OF LOWELL, ARKANSAS.
TO:The Citizens of the City of Lowell, Arkansas.
The City Council of the City of Lowell is currently considering an ordinance adopting the Drainage Criteria Manual for the City of Lowell, Arkansas. The ordinance adopting the Drainage will be on the agenda for the August 16, 2016 City Council meeting held at the Lowell City Hall located at 216 N. Lincoln Street, Lowell, Arkansas at 6:30 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that three (3) copies of the Drainage Criteria Manual are on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Lowell located in the Lowell City Hall, 216 N. Lincoln Street, Lowell, Arkansas.
Copies of the Drainage Criteria Manual and related documents are open to public examination at the Lowell City Hall before the passage of the Ordinance containing the Regulations.
