Notice to Area Residents of Free Utility Connections
Representatives of Cave Springs are requesting applications from area residents for free sanitary sewer connections to the Cave Springs Sewer System. Funding of connections for all income-eligible residents is being provided by an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program grant.
To qualify for a free connection to the system, your gross annual income, not including disability benefits, during the previous calendar year must be less than or equal to the amounts listed below:

For example, if a house is occupied by two persons, the combined income of the two people cannot exceed $35,200 in order to be eligible for the free connection. All income sources such as Social Security, retirement, wage earnings, pensions, interest, and public assistance must be included as gross annual income. If your income exceeds the income figure applicable to your household, you should not apply for assistance.
Representatives will be available at: Cave Springs Community Building, 117 S Main on Tuesday, October 14 at 6:30 p.m. to accept applications. If you cannot be present because of physical disabilities, please call Cassie Elliott at 479.531.8897 so that special arrangements can be made to deliver an application.
In order to process your application, please have the following information ready:
1. Social Security Number(s) and sources of income for all household occupants
2. Property tax receipt indicating property ownership (if you own property)
3. If self-employed, copies of most recently prepared 1040 form to verify income

Airport Master Plan Update
Public Forum Notice #1
The public is invited to learn about the update of the Bentonville Municipal Airport Master Plan and to participate in public meeting on Friday, October 17, 2014, at 11:00 AM in the Council Chambers located inside the Bentonville Community Development Building at 305 SW "A" Street, Bentonville, AR 72712.
The forum will provide an overview of the study and allow for questions and answers about the Master Plan process and the Airport.
The Master Plan is being funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Arkansas Department of Aeronautics (ADA), with the City of Bentonville managing the project as the Airport's owner and sponsor. Public input is encouraged as part of the Master Plan process.
