Pursuant to the provisions of Act 105 of 1939 and/or Act 937 of 1979 of the State of Arkansas and any Amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that Quantum Resources Management, LLC has applied to the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission for an amendment to its requested Administrative Location Exception for its Nipper A #6 Well in a drilling unit in the Dorcheat-Macedonia Field, said Unit consisting of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 South, Range 21 West, Columbia County, Arkansas, which, if granted, would remove any penalty on the well's production allowable.
The application will be heard by the Commission at a public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2014, in the offices of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, 2215 West Hillsboro, El Dorado, Arkansas. Any interested person may file an entry of appearance in the hearing by submitting such entry of appearance in writing to the hearing officer or director and, thereafter, such person shall be deemed a party of record in the proceeding. Any parties who propose to oppose a filed application, shall notify, in writing, the Director of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission and the Applicant's Attorney of the proposed opposition, not later than the close of business on the Friday before the scheduled public hearing date. Please note that the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission will post a proposed agenda of the said public hearing, setting out the tentative order in which the cases will be heard, on its website, http://www.aogc.state.ar.us, approximately ten (10) days prior to the hearing date.
