The Arkansas Energy Office (AEO) is in the process of adopting rules for administering the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
The AEO is soliciting comments on the proposed rules that were filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State. A public hearing for the proposed rules will be held at on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 1:30 p.m., at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, Commission Room, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Copies of the proposed rules may be found on the AEO’s website at http://arkansasenergy.org/weatherization-assistance-program-wap (click on “WAP Forms & Documents” then “2017 State Plan”) or may be obtained by calling (501) 682-7379. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Project will be located on approximately 4.48 acres of land (such land will also be financed with the Bonds) located on the south half of that 8.87 acre tract of real property located on the southwest corner of West Drake Street and North Gregg Avenue in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The initial owner and manager of the Project will be the Corporation, and certain space in the Project will be leased to Washington Regional Medical System, an Arkansas nonprofit corporation, and Washington Regional Medical Center, an Arkansas nonprofit corporation.
