PUBLIC NOTICE
Madison County plans to submit an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program Water Infrastructure Improvement Grant application to the State of Arkansas. These funds are intended to improve public water or wastewater facilities primarily for areas of Low or Moderate income.
The application being considered would request approximately $3,800,000 for a water line extension in the St. Paul/Pettigrew/Boston Area. It is estimated that approximately 54.9% of the funds would benefit low and moderate-income persons.
A public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Pettigrew Community Building, to obtain citizen views and to respond to questions related to the proposed project.

The City of Maumelle on behalf on the Maumelle/Morgan Community in Pulaski County plans to submit an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program Water Wastewater Grant application to the State of Arkansas. These funds are intended to improve public water and wastewater facilities primarily for the areas of Low or Moderate income.
The application being considered would request #4,530,911.25 to extend sewer form the Maumelle area to the Morgan community which is located northeast of Maumelle and east of Interstate 40 in Pulaski County. It is estimated that approximately 53% of the funds would benefit low and moderate income persons.
A public hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Freedom Baptist Church, 18506 MacArthur Drive North Little Rock AR, to obtain citizen views and to respond to questions related to the proposed project.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by March 29, 2017 at Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc., (CAPDD), P.O.Box 300, Lonoke, AR 72086 or email sent to conya.spencer@capdd.org. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Eudora Chamber of Commerce Building, 125 S. Main St., for the City of Eudora, Arkansas (the “Issuer”), at 5:30 p.m. on April 3,2017, to discuss the proposed issuance by the Issuer of Water and Sewer Revenue Bond, Series 2016A in an amount not to exceed $350,000 and its Water and Sewer Revenue Bond, Series 2016B in an amount not to exceed $3,600,000 (collectively, the “Bonds”).
Proceeds from the sale of the Bonds will be used to fund certain costs associated with the extension of the Issuer’s water distribution and sewer lines and to construct certain appurtenances related thereto, to fund debt service reserve and/or capitalized interest funds, and to pay costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds.
Any persons interested may appear at the public hearing and be heard for or against, and suggestions will be heard and considered. This hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and the provisions of the Revenue Bond Act of 1987.
