NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
A public meeting will be held on January 9, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority Clearwater Administration Building Board Room, 11 Clearwater Dr., Little Rock, Arkansas. The purpose of the meeting is to allow interested persons the opportunity for written and/or oral comments on the proposed Facility Plan for the Little Rock RLF 13 (2018). This plan outlines the proposed sanitary sewer collection system and treatment plant improvements.
Funding for the project will be in accordance with the Revolving Loan Fund Program as administered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. The public is encouraged to attend this meeting and comment on the proposed rehabilitation of the collection system improvements. Written comments are encouraged and will be accepted by Little Rock Wastewater until 11:00 a.m. the day of the public meeting.

Notice of Rule Making and
Public Hearing
The State of Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Office of State Procurement is amending rules under the Arkansas Procurement Law to reflect legislation passed in the 91st General Assembly, as well as making other necessary rule changes, pursuant to the authority vested in the Director of the Office of State Procurement by Arkansas Code Annotated sec.19-11-217.
The rules define the process for the enforcement and administration of Arkansas Procurement Law.
The State of Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Office of State Procurement is soliciting comments on the proposed amended rules filed with the Secretary of State on December 8, 2017. A public hearing for the proposed amended rules will be held at 9:00 am on January 8, 2018 at the Office of State Procurement in the DFA Building, Training Room, 3rd Floor, 1509 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
Proposed rules are on the department’s website www.dfa.arkansas.gov or may be obtained by calling (501) 324-9316. Written comments may be submitted through January 8, 2018, by mailing them to the Office of State Procurement, DFA Building, 1509 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 or by faxing them to (501) 324-9311.
