NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR NARTS FY 2016 UPWP
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Transportation Study (NARTS) TAC met at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the offices of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC), 1311 Clayton Street, Springdale, AR 72762 with the purpose of formulating the Draft FY 2016 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The UPWP outlines the planning activities of the NWARPC serving as the NARTS from July 1, 2015 through June 31, 2016. A two-week public comment period for the Draft UPWP will run from Thursday, April 23, 2015 through Thursday, May 7, 2015. Information on the Draft UPWP is available at www.nwarpc.org, and at the NWARPC office. Written comments are encouraged via email, cscott-silkwoo@nwarpc.org or USPS. The TAC and NWARPC members will vote regarding the Draft UPWP at their May meetings. The TAC will meet at 10:30 am on Thursday, May 21, 2015 and the NWARPC will meet May 27, 2015 at 1:30 pm. Both meetings will be held at the NWARPC office. The public is invited to attend.
