The Arkansas Department of Health’s planning process seeks public input on maternal and child health programs, policies and issues as part of its review of the submission of the FY-2017 Maternal & Child Health Block Grant application. The Arkansas Department of Health will hold a public hearing on September 1, 2016, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Board Room #906, Freeway Medical Center, 5800 West 10th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas at which time all interested persons will be heard. Parents, families and community agencies are strongly encouraged to participate in the process.

The Rule Changes are necessary to ensure compliance with Acts 10 & 11 of the Third Extraordinary Session of 2016.
