Douglas, owners, to vacate Platted Utility and Drainage Easements in the Centerton Business Park Subdivision, between Lots 1 through 34 located on Business Avenue and on Commerce Drive, City of Centerton, S03-T19N-R31W, Benton County, AR.

The Arkansas Department of Health will hold a public hearing Thursday, September 3, 2015, at 11:00 p.m. in Room 2508 (the Lab Training Room) of the Department of Health building at 4815 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, to allow interested persons to comment on proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Immunization Reporting pursuant to ACA sec.sec. 20-15-1201 – 1203.
Copies of the proposed Rules and Regulations are available at www.healthy.arkansas.gov and at the Immunization Section, Room 260, at the Arkansas Department of Health.
