NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Arkansas Department of Health, Section of Emergency Medical Services will hold a public hearing on September 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at 5800 West Tenth Street, Suite 801, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72204 to allow interested persons to comment on amendments to the proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulation for Emergency Medical Services pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. sec.20-13-201 et seq. The proposed revisions would: (1) add definition and training requirements of the Emergency Vehicle Operator, (2) add definition, requirements and processes for tiered emergency response system implementation.
Copies of the proposed revisions are available for public inspection and copying at the Arkansas Department of Health, Section of Emergency Medical Services, Freeway Medical Tower, Suite 801, 5800 W. 10th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The proposed revisions are also available for inspection online through the Secretary of State website: www.sosweb.state.ar.us, administrative rules link, and on the Arkansas Department of Health website at http://www.healthy.arkansas.gov/aboutADH/Pages/RulesRegulationsProposed.aspx.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and Act No. 852 of the Acts of Arkansas of 1987 that a public hearing will be conducted on behalf of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (the “Issuer”), on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 10 a.m. at the offices of the Housing Authority of the City of Hot Springs, 1010 Illinois Street, Hot Springs, Arkansas, concerning the issuance of an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000 in tax-exempt housing revenue bonds (the “Bonds”), the proceeds of which are to be used to finance a portion of the cost of the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, financing and ownership of a total of approximately 365 living units for individuals and families of low and moderate income comprised of: (i) 120 units in a single tower located at 100 Highrise Circle, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901 and known as Mountain View Towers; (ii) 105 units in 36 buildings located at 1002 Illinois Street, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901 and known as Eastwood Gardens; and (iii) 140 units in 56 buildings located at 800 Spring Street, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901 and known as Eastwood Heights (collectively, the “Project”). The initial owner, operator or manager of the Project will be Mountain View Heights, LP, an Arkansas limited partnership (the “Partnership”).
The Bonds, when issued, will be special, limited obligations of the Issuer payable solely out of the revenues derived from financing agreements with the Partnership. THE BONDS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A LIABILITY OF THE ARKANSAS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY OR OF ANY OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS WHATSOEVER. PAYMENT ON THE BONDS IS NOT TO BE MADE FROM TAXES OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS.
Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given the opportunity to express their views concerning the approval of the issuance of the Bonds for the purposes of financing the Project.

Funds are allocated to the State of Arkansas for Fiscal Year 2018. Federal financial assistance will be requested for the Program of Projects published in this notice. Projects and amounts listed represent proposed projects and estimated costs. The proposed programs will also be the final programs unless amended.
