NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the City of Wrightsville, Arkansas (the "City") that a public hearing concerning sewer rates and the proposed issuance of sewer revenue bonds will be held at 6:00 o'clock p.m., on the 6th day of January, 2015, at the regular meeting place of the Council, 13024 Highway 365, in Wrightsville, Arkansas.
The City Council has determined that the City should acquire, construct and equip betterments and improvements (the "Improvements") to the City's sewer system (the "System"). The City proposes to issue one or more sewer revenue bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $600,000 (the "bonds") to finance all or a portion of the costs of the Improvements. The bonds will be payable from revenues of the System. Preparatory thereto, there has been introduced to the City Council an ordinance establishing rates for services to be charged by the System, and on January 6, 2015, the City Council will consider an ordinance establishing sewer rates as follows:

The regular monthly meeting of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will be held beginning at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2015, at the Little Rock Office Complex, 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205. At that time, regulations and business pertaining to the operation of the Game and Fish Commission and other fiscal and administrative matters will be considered and acted upon, and all interested persons are invited to attend. 2. Non-resident Hunting and Fishing License Regulations -- Amend existing license regulations to increase various non-resident hunting and fishing license, permit, and stamp fees. The proposed increases in fees are needed to help maintain fish and wildlife programs and infrastructure for sustained hunting and fishing use.
