PROPOSED REVENUE BONDS
Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated Section 19-9-607, as amended, notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City of McCrory, Arkansas (the "City") on the question of the adoption of an Ordinance by the City to proceed with the issuance of not to exceed $293,000 in principal amount of the City’s Water and Sewer Revenue Bond (the "Bond") under Amendment 65 and Arkansas Code Annotated sec.sec.14-234-201 et seq., Arkansas Code Annotated sec.sec.14-235-201, et seq., and Arkansas Code Annotated sec.sec.14-164-401 et seq., to be secured by rates for water to be charged to the water users who are customers of the City. The Bonds will be issued to the cost of constructing betterments and improvements to the water system, and to pay costs of issuance of the Bonds. Any person interested may appear before the City at its meeting on the 13th day of July, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at the offices of the City Hall, 109 Jackson, McCrory, Arkansas, and be heard for or against the issuance of the Bonds. Notice of Hearings to Accept Comments on a New Rule, the Arkansas Water Plan (Title 24), and a Proposed Revision to the Rules for the Utilization of Surface Water (Title 3)
Pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (“ANRC”) proposes a new rule, the Arkansas Water Plan (Title 24), and a revision to an existing rule, Rules for the Utilization of Surface Water (Title 3). These rules are posted on ANRC’s website at http://www.anrc.arkansas.gov/ or may be requested at the number below.
Seven public hearings on the proposed rules will be held throughout the state between July 16, 2015 and August 20, 2015. For more details, see ANRC’s website. Oral and written comments will be accepted at the hearing and if received by September 3, 2015 at 4:30 p.m.

Such declaration could result in termination of your parental rights. A putative parent must prove that significant contacts existed with the juvenile in order for the putative parent’s rights to attach.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for August 24, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. at the Fulton County Courthouse, 123 S. Main Street, Salem, AR. Public Hearing Notice
The Maumelle City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 2015 at approximately 7:30 pm at City Hall, 550 Edgewood Drive, in Maumelle, Arkansas. The purpose of the meeting is to invite public comment regarding Maumelle Water Management’s (Maumelle Suburban Improvement District 500) proposed water and sewer rate increase.
The public hearing will be held directly following the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. All are welcome to attend.
