The White River Regional Solid Waste Management District will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 in the Beebe City Hall, 321 N. Elm Street, Beebe, Arkansas. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the proposed need for a Solid Waste Transfer Station for Class One (household) and Class Four (bulky) waste located at 1155 Highway 64 West, Beebe, Arkansas. The public hearing is required by the Policies and Procedures, Criteria for the Certificate of Need Program for Solid Waste Landfill Facilities, Arkansas Code Annotated 8-6-704(6).
