Notice of Scheduled Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of Springdale City Hall, located at 201 Spring Street, Springdale, Arkansas, at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015 on the question of the issuance of Arkansas Development Finance Authority (“ADFA”) Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”) in an amount not in excess of $7,500,000 under the provisions of Act 1062 of the Acts of Arkansas of 1985 as amended (the “Act”).
The proposed project to be financed will consist of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility to double the operating capacity for manufacturing and fabricating aluminum tubing (the “Project”). The owner, operator and manager of the Project shall be American Tubing Arkansas, LLC. The location of the Project will be the Light Industrial Park on Turnbow Road, Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.
Any interested persons may appear at the public hearing at 11:30 a.m. on the 18th day of September, 2015 in Springdale, Arkansas, to be heard for or against, and suggestions will be heard and considered. In accordance with Ark. Code Ann. sec. 23-2-305, the Arkansas Public Service Commission has set a public hearing in Docket No. 15-019-R to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, in the Hearing Room of the Arkansas Public Service Commission Building, 1000 Center Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the General Staff’s proposed changes to the Commission’s Pole Attachment Rules. The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission (AOGC), has proposed amendments to Commission General Rule D22 “Requirements for Lease Rights and Gas Supply Lines”. Pursuant to the provisions of Act 105 of 1939 and/or Act 937 of 1979 of the State of Arkansas and any Amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that XTO Energy Inc. has applied to the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission for an order granting an amendment to Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission Order No. 201-2007-04, limiting that order’s effect to production from the borehole of the XTO Energy Inc. Trahan 11-14 #2-30H Well, to the extent that that well’s production is allocated to Section 19, Township 11 North, Range 14 West, Van Buren County, Arkansas.
The application was heard, voted on, and approved by the Commission at a public hearing on August 25, 2015, in the offices of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, 3309 Phoenix Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas. The purpose of this corrected notice is solely to correct a typographical error in the previously published hearing notice. If any party wishes to oppose this application, they should notify, in writing, the Director of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission and the Applicant’s Attorney of the proposed opposition, not later than the close of business on the Friday before the next public hearing, scheduled for September 22, 2015, in the offices of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, 2215 West Hillsboro, El Dorado, Arkansas. If any such opposition is filed, the application will be placed on the agenda for that hearing and be re-heard at that time.
