LEGAL NOTICE
The regular monthly meeting of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will be held beginning at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, October 19, 2017, at the Little Rock Office Complex, 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205. At that time, regulations and business pertaining to the operation of the Game and Fish Commission and other fiscal and administrative matters will be considered and acted upon, and all interested persons are invited to attend. Additionally, Committee meetings attended by Commissioners and agency staff members will be held throughout the day on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the same location, and all interested persons are invited to attend.
Items on the agenda for the October 19, 2017, 9:00 a.m. meeting will include adoption of proposed regulations that previously were considered at the September 21, 2017, Commission Meeting, plus various Hunting and Fishing Regulations and regulations pertaining to the Enforcement Division of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
All persons wishing to be heard on these subjects should submit comments in writing to this office before the start of the October 19, 2017, meeting (preferably by 4:30 p.m. on the day before). Any request to make an oral presentation at the meeting should be submitted in writing to this office on or before October 9, 2017. Copies of any proposed rules or regulations may be obtained at the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission main office, at www.agfc.com, or through a written request mailed to the address below.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
A public meeting will be held on October 18, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in the Central Arkansas Water, James T. Harvey Administration Building, 4th Floor Conference Room, located at 221 East Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas. The purpose of the meeting is to allow interested persons the opportunity for written and/or oral comments concerning the proposed Facility Plan for the rehabilitation and improvements to the Ozark Point Water Treatment Plant located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Facility Plan contains alternatives under consideration and justifications for the improvements. The Facility Plan is available for review at the above stated location.
Funding for the project will be in accordance with the Revolving Loan Fund Program as administered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. The public is welcome to attend this meeting and comment on the proposed rehabilitation and improvements. Written comments are encouraged and will be accepted by Central Arkansas Water until 3:00 p.m. the day of the public meeting.

Notice of Rule Making
Pursuant to Arkansas Code 20-76-201, the Director of Division of County Operations issues the following proposed changes to Medical Services Policy B-270, E-110, E-268, E-269, F-200, F-201, G-190, I-600, I-610 and Appendix F effective January 1, 2018.
The proposed rule change revises Medical Services policy sections B-270, E-110, E-268, E-269, F-200, F-201, G-190, I-600, I-610 and Appendix F to add a work requirement to the Arkansas Works Program and decrease the eligibility income limit for the program to 95% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Copies of the proposed change may be obtained by writing the Division of County Operations, P.O. Box 1437, Slot S-332, Little Rock, AR 72203, Attention: Office of Program Planning & Development. You may also access it on the DHS website http://humanservices.arkansas.gov/Pages/LegalNotices.aspx. All comments must be submitted in writing to the address indicated above no later than October 13, 2017.
