Take notice that on June 12, 2015, a petition was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, of Garland County, Arkansas, to have Sheon Tucker, DOB: 11/10/08, Quenton Loudermill, DOB: 07/15/05 and Jody Poland, DOB: 10/29/12, declared dependent-neglected. Such declaration could result in the child's continued removal from your custody and placement in the care of some suitable person, agency or institution. A putative parent must prove that significant contacts existed with the juvenile in order for the putative parent’s rights to attach.
An adjudication hearing on this matter is scheduled for July 29, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Garland County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, 607 Ouachita Ave., Hot Springs, AR 71901. Pulaski County Community Services invites citizens and other interested persons to a public meeting at the College Station Civic Center, 4200 Frazier Pike, College Station, Arkansas, on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to identify potential outdoor park and recreational needs for community of College Station. Following the public meeting, community representatives will select those priorities to be submitted to the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism for a matching grant application. Ethnic minorities, persons with special needs, elderly persons over 55, and special interest groups are encouraged to attend and participate.

Proposed Character Zones
Core Mixed Use (COR) - The purpose of the Core Mixed Use Character Zone is to highlight the historic core of Downtown Rogers and expand the core to include key locations for mixed?use development compatible with the downtown core. The intent is to mix commercial uses with some residential and public uses. Focusing on pedestrian facilities and unique experience destinations will be a key to establishing downtown Rogers as a place for public interaction.
Commercial Mixed Use (COM) - The purpose of the Commercial Mixed Use Character Zone is to be compatible with the Core Mixed Use through flexibility of uses within Downtown Rogers. The focus is to transition this area as a more livable location, by upgrading infrastructure for development while also making this area friendlier to residential uses.
Industrial Arts (IA) - The purpose of the Industrial Arts Character Zone is to focus this area on the goal to establish local artisanal manufacturing and businesses close to downtown. These developments will take advantage of being accessible to rail, trails, and Arkansas Street. The intent is to mix manufacturing, residential, and retail in a walkable yet flexible format.
Neighborhood Transition (NBT) - The purpose of the Neighborhood Transition Character Zone is to support appropriate transition between existing residential neighborhoods and open space, and the more active commercial and urban residential areas. The intent is to support the character of the neighborhoods around downtown. Additional transition requirements will also be included in the regulations for the other three Character Zones.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNTRY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY® POLICYHOLDERS TO VOTE ON PROPOSED MERGER
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of COUNTRY Mutual Insurance Company (“COUNTRY Mutual”) held on March 18, 2015, it was determined that a merger of Modern Service Insurance Company (“Modern”), an Illinois domiciled stock insurance company, with and into COUNTRY Mutual, an Illinois domiciled mutual insurance company, is desirable, and the Board further determined to submit to a vote of policyholders the question of such merger in accordance with the terms approved and recommended by the Board. The Board of COUNTRY Mutual, by resolution, authorized the COUNTRY Mutual policyholder vote to occur at a special meeting of COUNTRY Mutual which will be held on the 4th day of August, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. CST at 1701 Towanda Avenue, Bloomington, IL to consider and vote on the proposed terms of the merger approved and recommended by the Boards as aforesaid and further to consider and act on any and all matters that may be brought before said meetings.
THEREFORE, pursuant to such actions and orders, notice is hereby given of such special meeting of policyholders to be held at the time and place aforesaid to consider and vote on the question of merger of said companies and the terms thereof. A Summary of the Plan of Merger is as follows:
Under the terms of the proposed Plan of Merger (“Plan”) between Modern and COUNTRY Mutual, Modern will merge with and into COUNTRY Mutual which shall be the surviving company. The Plan shall be contingent upon the transfer of Modern assets and liabilities to COUNTRY Mutual prior to the merger. The Plan further provides that COUNTRY Mutual shall possess all the rights, privileges, immunities, powers and franchises of a public as well as a private nature, of Modern on the Merger Effective Date. All property, real, personal, and mixed, and all debts due on whatever account, and every other interest of belonging to or due Modern, shall be deemed to be transferred to and vested in COUNTRY Mutual. COUNTRY Mutual shall be responsible and liable for all of the liabilities and obligations of Modern. The Plan also provides that the merger shall only be effective after the approval by the Board of Directors of each company, and only after the approval of two-thirds of the votes cast by voting policyholders of COUNTRY Mutual and by the shareholder of Modern and the approval of the Director of Insurance of the State of Illinois, and for such other provisions as are appropriate to the effectuation of said merger.
Said vote on the merger of said companies and the terms thereof may, at the election of any policyholder not represented in person at the aforesaid annual meeting of the policyholders, be effected by proxy, in due form, submitted by said policyholder and subject to proof of authenticity by the company. The record date for determining policyholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the special policyholders’ meeting is June 15, 2015.

A putative parent must prove that significant contacts existed with the juvenile in order for the putative parent’s rights to attach.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for July 23, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. at the Pulaski County Juvenile Justice Center, 10th Division, 3001 West Roosevelt Road, Little Rock, AR 72204. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may obtain one by contacting Legal Services or requesting the Court appoint you an attorney.
NOW, unless you appear and defend or otherwise respond within thirty days from the first date of publication of this notice, the Petition may be taken as confessed, and a decree entered and granted or you may be otherwise barred from asserting your interest in this matter.
