Pursuant to the provisions of Act 105 of 1939 and/or Act 937 of 1979 of the State of Arkansas and any Amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that XTO Energy, Inc. has filed an application with the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission requesting an order ratifying its previously administratively approved Authority to produce its Eddy 7-17 #4-1H12 Well, pursuant to Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission General Rule B-43(o), and to share the costs of such well and the natural gas produced therefrom between the working interest owners and royalty owners of the existing units composed of Sections 1 and 12, Township 7 North, Range 17 West, Conway County.
The application will be heard by the Commission at a public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m. on September 23, 2014, in the Cone Chapel, Harding University, 915 E. Market Avenue, Searcy, Arkansas.
