FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas running back Darren McFadden shared Southeastern Conference player of the week honors Monday with Florida quarterback Chris Leak.
McFadden ran for 182 yards and two touchdowns in the eighth-ranked Razorbacks' 31-26 loss to fifth-ranked LSU on Friday. He also broke Madre Hill's single-season school rushing record. McFadden now has 1,485 yards on the year - Hill ran for 1,387 in 1995.
Leak threw for 283 yards and two touchdowns in the Gators' 21-14 victory at Florida State.
McFadden and Leak will face one another when Arkansas takes on Florida on Saturday night in the SEC championship game.
