BALD KNOB — The Bald Knob Strawberry Pageant will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at the Bald Knob High School gym.
The pageant will include three age divisions for boys and nine age divisions for girls. The boys' divisions are 0-12 months, 13-23 months and 2-4 years. The girls' divisions are 0-12 months, 13-23 months, 24-35 months, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years and 16-18 years.
Boys may wear churchclothes, and girls may wear long or short pageant dresses. In addition to the pageant, there will be one photogenic and one Most Beautiful/Handsome and Best Dress in each group receiving a trophy.
There will also be a Strawberry King or Queen in each division. The king or queen will be the contestant with the highest score. A Mr. and Miss Bald Knob will be named in each division as well.
Winners will receive a crown, banner and a trophy. There will be two runners up in all divisions receiving a trophy.
Deadline and practice will be at 6 p.m. Friday, April 27, in the high school gym. Pictures must be turned in by this time.
