FAYETTEVILLE — Wide receiver Andrew Norman wasn't among the football players reporting to the Arkansas campus Thursday.
Norman, a redshirt freshman from Springdale, has asked for and been granted a scholarship release so he can transfer to another school, Razorbacks Coach Houston Nutt said.
Norman couldn't be reached for comment about his decision to leave or transfer options, but his Arkansas paperwork has been sent to Tulsa at the family's request, UA compliance director Marvin Caston said
