UA lines up Grobe to lead Hogs

Announcement expected on Wake Forest football coach

— Arkansas is hiring a football coach from the Atlantic Coast Conference, but it's Wake Forest's Jim Grobe, not North Carolina's Butch Davis or Clemson's Tommy Bowden.

Grobe has accepted an offer to become Arkansas' next football coach, multiple sources confirmed Wednesday night, afterhe interviewed with incoming Razorbacks Athletic Director Jeff Long on Tuesday.
