Groundbreaking condo project was a tall order

LITTLE ROCK — Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker were full of nervous energy and boyish excitement at their office on the third floor of the Arkansas Capital Commerce Center as they anticipated the last month before the ownership of the 300 Third Tower was turned over to them.
Eighty-four of the 98 condos were under contract to sell - and needed to be finished out to the specifications of the buyers. A couple more would be added to the list in those last few weeks.
