LITTLE ROCK — Kevin Ashley, 28, of Little Rock was indicted this week by a federal grand jury in connection with an undercover sting operation in which a police officer pretended on computer to be a 14-year-old girl.
The indictment alleges that from Feb. 8 through June 20, Ashley conversed with the "girl" by computer and tried to persuade her to have sex with him.
He faces a single count of using the Internet to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.
