The University of Arkansas basketball program received it's second oral commitment of the 2007-2008 class. Courtney Fortson a 5-11, 175, point guard from Patterson (N.C.) Patterson Prep, has orally committed to the University of Arkansas. Fortson will sign a national letter of intent with Arkansas in the early signing period in November.
Fortson played last year at Montgomery (Ala.) Jefferson Davis, averaging 23.7 points, 7.1 rebounds and 4.2 steals a game. He was named the 2006-2007 Mr. Basketball of Alabama.
