MALVERN - A hands-on demonstration for government vendors will be held from 3-4 p.m. Monday at the Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center. The free demonstration will instruct vendors how to register with various federal, state and local agencies and download certification application documents. The session is held everyother Monday at 127 W. Fifth St.
The Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center is a program funded through a cooperative agreement between the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service and the U.S. Department of Defense. It provides free training and technical assistance to small Arkansasbusinesses that want to sell their products or services to public agencies.
Participants are instructed to bring their laptop with wireless Internet capability and log on to complete their own registrations during the demonstration.
