WEDDINGS KIRSTEN ANNE BALDWIN METZGER JUSTIN SCOTT STEINSCHRIBER

— Wedding vows were exchanged by Kirsten Anne Baldwin Metzger and Justin Scott Steinschriber at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Terry House. Rabbi Craig Wyckoff of Congregation Tikkun Olam officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Deborah J. Baldwin and James E. Metzger, 1418 Kavanaugh Blvd. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Baldwin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Metzger, all of Indianapolis.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Steinschriber of Northridge, Calif., are the parents of the bridegroom. His grandparents are Joseph Steinschriber of Los Angeles, the late Mrs. Steinschriber, Erwin Yessin of Northridge and the late Mrs. Yessin.

The ceremony took place on the front porch. Arrangements of yellow and white daisies were placed on each side of the aisle in front of the steps. Music was by the De Capo String Quartet. Readers were Sherri Carmouche of New Orleans and Megan Mickal of Washington.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory A-line gown. The strapless bodice with a dropped waist and the chapel train were embellished with silver beadwork and lace. Her waterfall veil was edged with ivory silk. She carried a loose clutch of gerbera daisies, freesia, alstroemeria lilies and tulips in yellow and cream.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were her sister, Anisa Baldwin Metzger of Seattle, and Christin Harper of Little Rock.

Bridesmaids were Megan Zanella-Litke of Boston, Rebecca Thompson of Little Rock and Elizabeth Kaminski of Chicago. They wore espresso-colored tea-length gowns and carried yellow gerbera daisies.

The bridegroom's honor attendants were Michael Rosenthall of Washington and Aaron Levy of Los Angeles.

Groomsmen were Ronald Steinschriber of St. Louis, brother of the bridegroom; Thomas Kaufman of Chicago; and James Sullesta of Dallas.

Guests were greeted by Alaine Payton of Indianapolis, cousin of the bride; Sophie Kaiser of Little Rock; and Dena Orkin of Los Angeles, cousin of the bridegroom.

A seated dinner reception at the Junior League of Little Rock Building followed the ceremony. Tables were covered in espresso and apple-green cloths and centered with cylinder vases filled with lemons and limes and topped with yellow lilies and gerberas.

The bride is a graduate of Tulane University, New Orleans, with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. She was a Dean's Honor Scholarship recipient and member of Tau Beta Pi. She received a master's degree in structural engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Va., where she was a Via Fellowship recipient. She is a structural engineer with Laurene and Rickher PC in Charlotte, N.C.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in political science from Tulane, where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, Phi Beta Kappa and student body president. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a lawyer with Moore & Van Allen PLLC in Charlotte.

After a wedding trip to Lisbon, Portugal, the couple will make their home in Charlotte.
