As if starlets like the Olsen twins, Nicole Richie and Kirsten Dunst haven't foisted enough silly fashion trends upon the masses, they've brought us one more fashion do: the summer scarf. And even though we know it's kind of illogical, we can't help but admit it's also pretty cute. Here's how to hit the highlights of the style without roasting between now and October.
