Anti-psychotic drugs for kids get state look

Use for the very young raises questions

Ayla Soularie, 15, is "a new kid" thanks to daily treatment with the atypical anti-psychotic drug Risperdal to control her bipolar disorder, her grandmother Joyce Soularie says.
