Hot Springs Fine Arts Center to hold contest

HOT SPRINGS - The Fine Arts Center of Hot Springs is hosting the 5th annual National Juried Diamond Exhibit, a contest open to all artists of all mediums with some restrictions.
The prize monies will be up to $3,500, and the winners will be able to display their work at the Fine Arts Center Gallery for one month. The best of show winner will have an exclusive showing in 2009.
