Help with tax preparation offered through October

MALVERN - Low-income taxpayers in Malvern who must meet the Oct. 15 deadline to get their economic stimulus rebate can now take advantage of the free tax return preparation offered by the Central Arkansas Development Council.
To make an appointment, contact Charlotte Smith at (501)332-5441.
The free tax site is at the Hot Spring County Library at 202 E. Third St.
