Birthstones, charms and rings stack up as tributes to motherhood

Michelle Duggar's mother's necklace contains charms for 13 of her 17 children. The necklace is so full now that Duggar says she may have to add a second tier of charms for the youngest children, including 2-year-old Johannah (left) and 8-month-old Jennifer.
